What is Chiropractic?
Chiropractic helps your body to restore and heal its natural balance from the inside.
Your brain communicates with every part of your body through the nervous system — an extensive network that connects your organs, tissues and cells. When this communication is disrupted by stress (physical, emotional or repeating), blockages in the spine can occur. This can lead to complaints such as: stiffness and tension, back pain, neck pain, headache, digestive problems, little energy, and more…
In Vitalis Chiropractic we use the technique Network Spinal to lift these blockages, so that your body can reconnect, come into balance
When do I go to the chiropractor?
This gentle approach supports the nervous system in more efficient and resilient functioning, which can have a positive effect on various complaints such as:
- Chronic back or neck pain
- Headache or migraine
- Fatigue or low energy
- Anxiety and emotional overload
- Sleep problems
- Resturgency of the nervous system
And much more:
Over time, many patients describe feeling more centered, resilient, and more connected to their bodies. They not only experience relief from symptoms, but also a shift to greater general well-being.
How does it work?
This will be adjusted for each of you, depending on your needs and goals.
First consultation:
After discussing your personal and health goals, an attitude examination will be conducted, followed by a specific chiropractic examination. If necessary, a neuroorthopedic examination is also carried out. If there are no risks, you will also get your first chiropractic treatment. During this consultation we will determine if we can help you. If not, we will refer you to the right specialist.
Second consultation – Findings report:
In this consultation we explain what we found during the first consultation and what the best care plan is for you to achieve your goals.
Initial phase:
Depending on your problem and how long you have been suffering from these complaints, the frequency of your treatments will be personalized. In general, this starts with twice a week, and as you get better, you will come less often.
Stabilization phase:
At this stage, you feel much better and the symptoms are likely to have disappeared. Research shows that it takes 12 weeks to integrate new habits from the initial consultation.
Vitality and performance phase:
Prevention is better than cure. Your body will be regularly monitored and adjusted, as long as you deem it necessary to stay in line with your lifestyle.
Patients typically choose to come every two to four weeks.
